By accessing or using LemeShare ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

LemeShare is a free, browser-based screen sharing tool that allows multiple participants to share their screens into a single collaborative dashboard in real time. The Service requires no account or registration.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LemeShare to:

Share content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or violates any applicable law.
Share content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the availability of the Service.
Use automated tools to create rooms or join sessions at scale.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Use the Service for any unlawful surveillance or non-consensual recording of others.

3. No Account Required — Responsibility

Because LemeShare does not require accounts, you are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for any content you share during a session. You must ensure all participants in a session have consented to having their screens shared and viewed.

4. Peer-to-Peer Nature

Screen content is transmitted directly between participants using WebRTC technology and does not pass through LemeShare servers. LemeShare has no ability to monitor, record, or moderate the content shared in sessions.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LemeShare does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LemeShare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, privacy breaches between participants, or service interruptions.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where LemeShare is operated.
